Let’s be real for a second… our parents’ generation turned up for single use plastic. As the inventors of plastic water bottles and shopping bags and those things that held six cans of soda - they were here for it. While we love them dearly, I think we can all agree that it wasn't exactly their finest hour.

With newborns of our own, we - a few old friends from college - knew we had to right some wrongs in the world and started looking for ways to cut down on our use of plastics. We scoured the internet, searching for cool plastic alternatives that looked at home in our kitchens, but came up empty handed. Had no one come up with fun, well designed products to help reduce single use plastics? It turned out the answer was an undeniably soul crushing, yes.

So, in 2019, we started working on our first product with the idea of replacing plastic cling wrap. We sourced the highest quality components, refined the sizing and worked with designers to create a super fun packaging. In 2020, we showed it to the world and snacksheets was born.
